4-H PROGRAM AREA TOPICS – 4-H involves young people in grades K-13 and adult volunteers. 4-H members are encouraged to learn, build, and use life long skills such as leadership, communication, organization, cooperation, and decision-making through a variety of projects, workshops, and activities.
