Wisconsin Towns Association, in partnership with Scott Construction, Inc., and Rural Mutual Insurance Company, is excited to announce the 2026 WTA Scholarship Contest. We invite Wisconsin’s graduating high school seniors to participate by innovatively writing an essay answering this year’s question for a chance to win one of ten $1,000 scholarships. The essay should address the topic: “What strategies can be implemented by local government officials in collaboration with citizens to encourage and maintain civility?”
