Go to 4-H Online to enroll in the new 4-H year by November 15th.  See the 2019 Waupaca County 4-H Enrollment Guide for instructions.  Attention Leaders:  The enrollment screen will look a little different.  NEW this year, you will have to select a volunteer type.  There will be position descriptions connected to each type of leader for you to read over.  After your enrollment is approved you will receive a volunteer agreement letter by email from the State 4-H Office.
