Hy-vee Inc., including stores in Wisconsin, is voluntarily recalling two of its Hy-Vee “Short Cuts” vegetable mix products after tests showed possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Especially with holiday meal preparation this week, there is concern that consumers may have packages of the pre-cut fresh vegetable products in their homes.
