At the April meeting of the Waupaca County Board of Supervisors, three Waupaca area youth spoke about their involvement in 4-H and Penny Tank, 4-H Program Advisor, thanked the County Board for their support of 4-H youth programming. Elisha Riley, Casey Lake 4-H Club, highlighted her involvement as a 4-H Ambassador and fourth generation 4-H member.
