The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) and Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) created a short survey to gather information from employers (both businesses and nonprofits) regarding the COVID-19 vaccine. The aim is to broadly understand and support employers’ efforts to promote vaccine uptake. DHS and WEDC will use the survey results to develop information, materials, or other methods to help increase the vaccination rate. We would appreciate your help in promoting the survey across all your networks and channels to reach organizations.
