4-H Forecast – June/July

The June/July 4-H Forecast is available online.  Camp form and fair information also.

Again this year, the 4-H Leaders’ Board is asking for your help. Volunteers are needed to fill various before, during, and after fair roles with the 4-H Foodstand at the County Fair.  Clubs are asked to work a specific shift during the fair (see page 2), and adult support is needed to organize and maintain the foodstand.

Do you have talents you are willing to share like working with members as a front counter supervisor or food preparation and being a kitchen supervisor?  Either of these could be during your club shift or additional shifts during the fair if interested.

Do you have an interest in getting the stand and supplies ready prior to fair, meeting deliveries at the Fairgrounds, maintaining equipment, making signs and posters or helping at the close of the fair?

Volunteers are needed for these and many more tasks.  Contact the Extension Office for more information or to sign up. The foodstand provides much of the funds needed to operate the 4-H program throughout the year. Volunteers are a vital part of ensuring this great fundraiser will continue into the future.  Please consider volunteering.
