FREE Midweek Mindfulness Workshops

Bring your lunch and join us for Taking Care of You, a research-based program to learn effective stress reduction strategies based on mindfulness. On Wednesdays, February 6th-27th, at the Recovery Community Center, 200 N. Main Street, Waupaca, 12:00-1:30 p.m. Each week explores different topics through group discussion, self-reflection and activities.  No experience needed! Everyone is welcome! A free lunch will be offered on February 6th.  Walk-ins are welcome.
